Major chapters in the company's history:

  • The Shiluv Millward Brown Group was established in 1976 by Mr. Israel Oleinik who currently serves as the Group's CEO and Chairman.
  • The Shiluv company has been a member of the World Association for Opinion and Marketing Research Professionals (ESOMAR) and meets all the ethical and quality standards required by its association with the organization.
  • Since 1985 Shiluv has been a member of Swiss network KONSO, which specializes in media research.
  • In 1986 KONSO Switzerland and Shiluv co-founded KONSO Israel Ltd., which focuses on media research, and since 1990 has been performing rating surveys for radio and television.
  • In 1990 the company launched the first media planning systems in Israel.
  • Shiluv Millward Brown was one of the first research companies in Israel to perform internet surveys as early as 2002.
  • In 2005 Shiluv launched its iPanel, the first internet research panel in Israel.
  • Shiluv's subsidiary InterSight was founded in January 2005. It develops and operates the eRate service for measuring effectiveness of online advertising campaigns. This system has set the standard in the field of online ad impression measurement and is installed by most interactive marketing agencies in Israel.
  • Since 2007 InterSight is the representative of comScore, which is the world leader in the field of online monitoring.
  • In 2008 the Shiluv Group became part of the international research network of Millward Brown and launched the company's wide range of services in Israel.
  • 2009 - over the upcoming year a range of models, research products and unique research techniques will be launched in Israel, enabling our customers to maximize their advertising efforts and to increase their market segment.
  • The Shiluv Group currently employs over 35 regular workers and some 350 interviewers.
